We are looking for a strategic communicator to manage internal and external communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
Role Overview
The Communications & Relations Officer will be responsible for crafting and disseminating messages that reflect the school's values and mission. This role involves maintaining a positive public image, managing organizational branding, and fostering strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
Manage the school’s branding and ensure visual and tonal consistency across all platforms.
Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with the school community.
Create content for various communication channels including newsletters, social media, and official school reports.
Coordinate public relations activities and promotional events for the institution.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to serve as a strategic communicator.
Strong understanding of branding, reputation management, and public relations.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
