Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and submit medical insurance claims to various providers.
Support the accounts department with daily financial tasks and bookkeeping.
Resolve billing discrepancies, outstanding claims, and rejected submissions.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and patients regarding payment queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a business-related field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong passion for financial management and customer service delivery.
