Job Description
This role is for a fluent Chinese Translator responsible for accurately translating written and/or spoken content between Chinese and English. The translator must ensure all translations retain the original meaning, tone, and context for operational needs within the manufacturing corporation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate documents and audio accurately.
Proofread and edit translations to ensure high quality and grammatical correctness.
Maintain cultural relevance and context in all translated materials.
Meet established project deadlines efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education & Experience
Possession of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant translation experience is required. Previous translation experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
Fluency in both Chinese and English languages.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and high cultural sensitivity.
