Career Options Africa Ltd is seeking to recruit a Casual Worker for the position of Loader / Store Attendant. The role involves supporting store operations through manual handling of stock, delivery to customers, and basic financial accountability.
Key Deliverables
Stock Management: Assist in the receiving and unloading of supplies into the warehouse/store.
Delivery: Delivering stocks to customers upon request.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all stocks delivered are inspected for quality and quantity against the relevant delivery documents.
Payment Collection: Collect payments after delivery and remit the same to the shop attendant promptly.
Reporting: Communicate any feedback received from customers to the management team.
General Support: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Qualities
Must be a Form Four leaver (KCSE certificate).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Hardworking and committed to manual tasks.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Highly self-motivated and trustworthy.
