The Business Operation Associate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations across the organization. The primary objective is to ensure efficient resource utilization, effective project execution, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves working across various departments and international heads within the group to align day-to-day activities with broader company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Daily Management: Oversee daily business activities, optimizing processes and resources (staff, materials, technology) to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and cost reduction.
Inter-country Collaboration: Work with different country heads across the ISAT Group of companies to handle operational matters.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity; analyze data to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
Financial Oversight: Assist in developing budgets, reviewing costs, and optimizing financial performance.
Leadership: Manage personnel, including staffing, training, and maintaining morale.
Strategic Execution: Align daily operations with the overall company objectives.
Project Management
Collaborate with project managers across the group to ensure end-to-end project management.
Deliver projects on time, control costs, and maintain quality through constant customer feedback.
Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
Customer Relation Management
Work with the customer support manager on all customer-related operational matters.
Supervise day-to-day operations affecting customers and participate in customer visitations to ensure satisfaction.
Vendor and Cost Management
Coordinate vendor management to foster better relationships and negotiate favorable pricing.
Evaluate defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for negotiations on costs and cost reduction.
Perform cost analysis and implement scheduled solutions.
Compliance and Regulatory
Ensure business compliance in all operations.
Work closely with the group person in charge of regulatory affairs to ensure returns are submitted on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Telecommunication.
At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven track record in managing and improving operations.
Experience managing operations in complex environments involving multiple international stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
