Job Description

Scion Hospital Mwiki is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the hospital’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives, partnership development, and client engagement. The facility is located at Maina Building off old North Airport A A road junction, opposite Kobil petrol station/Hebatullah Brothers, and is easily accessible from Mombasa Road, Enterprise Road, and Outering Road.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach programs.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Support branding, visibility, and patient acquisition initiatives.
Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in marketing (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
