Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – Engineering Talent & Managed Services is responsible for driving business growth, identifying prospective corporate clients, and delivering outsourced engineering workforce and recruitment solutions. This role bridges the gap between client staffing needs and technical talent pool availability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Professional HR or outsourcing certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, recruitment, outsourcing, or managed services, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
Experience in HR consultancy or workforce solutions in a technology firm preferred.
Key Competencies
Strong client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and managed service operations.
Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
