Kenya Nut Company, established in 1974, is a leading producer of quality macadamia and cashew nuts, coffee, chocolates, and oils. We are looking for a Brand Executive to join our team in Nairobi.
Role Overview
The Brand Executive is responsible for managing the brand's identity and market presence through strategic content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and performance analysis. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to ensure brand visibility and consistent execution of marketing strategies at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management: Create and manage engaging sales, marketing, and social media content.
Digital Campaigns: Execute and track digital campaigns, including Pay Per Click (PPC) and programmatic advertising.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor brand performance using digital and market analytics.
Brand Engagement: Own internal and external brand engagement activities.
Product Launches: Plan and manage brand promotions and new product launches.
Trade Visits: Conduct trade visits with the sales team and ensure planogram execution.
Marketing Materials: Develop and manage Point of Sale Marketing Materials (POSM) and branded merchandise.
Growth Opportunities: Identify market opportunities for brand and product growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in brand management.
Strong digital, analytical, and communication skills.
