We are looking for a Branch Manager in Isebania to take charge, grow quality lending, and drive branch performance. This is a role where your leadership truly matters.
Responsibilities
Take full charge of branch operations and performance.
Drive the growth of a quality lending portfolio within the region.
Provide leadership and direction to the branch team to ensure targets are met.
Monitor and manage loan repayments to maintain portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with the institution's lending policies and procedures.
Foster positive relationships with micro and small business clients.
Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in a similar capacity.
Strong understanding of micro-lending and consumer behavior.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and quality.
Skills
