CIC Insurance Group Limited is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Bancassurance Sales Officers for Retail Sales in Rumuruti. This role is primarily focused on the growth of the retail Life Business through the generation of new leads and client education. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer along with incentives and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the assigned market area.
Client Education: Inform and educate both new and existing clients about various retail Life insurance products.
Coordination: Work closely with different departments to ensure clients receive prompt and high-quality service.
Quotations: Provide clients with accurate and timely quotations in line with company turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Collect and report market intelligence to ensure the company’s product offerings remain competitive.
Persistency: Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain policy persistency at acceptable rates.
Brand Advocacy: Promote the CIC brand effectively in the marketplace.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Professional Certifications: Relevant insurance qualifications such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP.
Advantageous Qualifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification is highly desirable.
Age: Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer Care: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
