The Bancassurance Sales Officer role at CIC Insurance Group Limited involves driving the growth of retail life business within the allocated market. Key Responsibilities
Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products.
Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Providing timely and accurate quotations within the required turnaround times.
Gathering market intelligence to ensure an updated and competitive product range.
Following up to ensure policy persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
Actively promoting the CIC brand.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP.
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
