This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The Bancassurance Sales Officer will be responsible for driving retail life insurance sales within the Olkalau market by leveraging bank partnerships and providing high-quality service to clients.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet sales targets.\n- Educate new and existing clients on retail Life products to ensure informed decision-making.\n- Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients.\n- Providing timely and accurate quotations within the specified turnaround times.\n- Gathering market intelligence to ensure the product range remains competitive and updated.\n- Following up to ensure client persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.\n- Promoting the CIC brand in the market.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n- Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.\n- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP.\n- A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n- Good negotiation skills and strong problem-solving skills.\n- Excellent customer care skills.\n- Age: 25 years and above.
