CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for its Retail Sales division, specifically for the Lavington area. This role is focused on driving the growth of the retail Life Business within the allocated market. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, along with incentives and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market segments.
Client Education: Educate new and existing clients on various retail Life insurance products.
Service Delivery: Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to ensure the company maintains an updated and competitive product range.
Retention: Follow up with clients to ensure persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (e.g., COP/ECOP).
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer care skills.
