Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Kiserian

CIC Insurance Group Limited, a leading insurance and investment group, is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for their Retail Sales division in Kiserian. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The Bancassurance Sales Officer is responsible for driving the growth of retail Life insurance business within the Kiserian market. The role involves identifying potential clients, educating them on insurance products, and ensuring high levels of service delivery and policy retention. ### Key Responsibilities * Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets. * Educate new and existing clients on various retail Life products to help them make informed decisions. * Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to all clients. * Provide timely and accurate insurance quotations within the established turnaround times. * Gather and report market intelligence to ensure the company's product range remains competitive. * Follow up on existing policies to ensure persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate. * Actively promote the CIC brand in all interactions and activities. ### Qualifications and Requirements * Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor's degree is desirable. * Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP). * Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. * Outstanding customer care and relationship management skills. * Age: 25 years and above. ### How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to send their applications and updated CVs to stating the Job Title (Bancassurance Sales Officer) and Desired Town (Kiserian) on the subject heading.
