This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The Bancassurance Sales Officer will be responsible for driving the growth of the retail Life Business within the Kilgoris market. The successful candidate will educate clients, provide quotations, and ensure high levels of service delivery while representing the CIC brand.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Educate new and existing clients on retail Life products.
Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Provide timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times.
Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated product range.
Follow up to ensure policy persistency is at the acceptable rate.
Promote the CIC brand.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course.
A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP).
Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
Age: 25 years and above.
