The Bancassurance Sales Officer is primarily responsible for driving retail life insurance business within the Kajiado region. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, educating potential clients on life insurance products, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to ensure policy persistency and brand loyalty.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.\n* Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products.\n* Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.\n* Providing timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times.\n* Gathering market intelligence to ensure updated product range.\n* Following up to ensure persistency is at the acceptable rate.\n* Promoting the CIC brand.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.\n* Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP).\n* Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n* Good negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.\n* Excellent customer care skills.\n* Must be 25 years of age and above.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates are encouraged to send their applications and updated CVs to stating the Job Title (Bancassurance Sales Officer) and Desired Town (Kajiado) on the subject heading, for example: 'Sales Officer Kajiado'.
