As a Bancassurance Sales Officer specializing in Retail Sales, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Retail Life Business within the Iten market. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. You will act as a key link between the insurance company and retail clients, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and appropriate insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet sales targets.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on various retail Life products and their benefits.
Service Delivery: Liaise with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to provide feedback for updating and improving the product range.
Persistency Management: Follow up with clients to ensure policy persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market to enhance visibility and reputation.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP are required.
Additional Qualifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer Focus: Exceptional customer care skills.
Eligibility: Applicants must be 25 years of age and above.
