CIC Insurance Group is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for Retail Sales. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the retail Life Business segment through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on the features and benefits of various retail Life products.
Liaison: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Provide accurate and timely quotations to prospective clients within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report market intelligence to ensure the company's product range remains competitive.
Business Retention: Follow up with clients to ensure business persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote and represent the CIC brand in the marketplace.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Education: A Diploma in a business-related course is required.
Desired Education: A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP.
Advanced Qualifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer Care: Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
Age: Candidates must be 25 years of age and above.
