The Bancassurance Sales Officer role is focused on driving growth for retail Life Business within the Mombasa market. The successful candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, educating the market on CIC's retail Life products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business persistency.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets.
Educate both new and existing clients on the range of retail Life products available.
Liaise with various internal departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients.
Provide timely and accurate quotations while adhering to established turnaround times.
Gather and report market intelligence to help the company maintain an updated and competitive product range.
Follow up on policies to ensure business persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
Actively promote and represent the CIC brand in the market.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course.
A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP.
Possession of a Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification is an added advantage.
Age requirement: 25 years and above.
