Role Overview
The Associate Regional Store Coordinator oversees inventory management at Sun King retail centers and coordinates with field-based agents. This role requires regular travel within the assigned station region to ensure operational excellence and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Centers Day-to-Day Assistance
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure inventory is available for sale.
Assist retail executives in meeting their performance KPIs.
Review retail center executives with the sales team to identify improvement areas.
Initiate signoffs for missing inventory and report damages for insurance claims.
Propose and implement initiatives to enhance retail center efficiency.
Conduct regular and impromptu inventory audits.
Review and optimize processes to reduce supply chain redundancies.
Represent the department in stakeholder meetings regarding inventory and store management.
Manage handovers between retail center executives and relievers.
Vet and onboard relievers, ensuring they meet qualifications, and process their payments.
Participate in recruitment interviews for new retail center executives.
Identify potential new sites for retail centers in collaboration with sales and marketing.
Monitor assets and schedule repairs at retail centers.
Coordinate with landlords regarding facility issues.
Order and Inventory Management
Manage inventory movements and requests from warehouses to retail centers.
Resolve delivery inconsistencies with the warehouse team.
Enforce inventory standards, including First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
Manage packaging for defaced products.
Monitor industry trends to improve inventory management practices.
Coordinate inventory reconciliation and validate obsolete or damaged stock for return.
Periodically validate inventory holdings with field agents.
Compliance and Innovation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and display of necessary permits.
Recommend process improvements to management to enhance operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Statistics.
Working knowledge of contract management.
Proficiency in managing large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented team player with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
