Role Overview
Classic Mouldings is an Interior Design & Construction services company seeking an experienced Assistant HR & Operations Manager. This role is designed to support day-to-day operations, strengthen internal systems, coordinate logistics, and manage HR administration. The position combines operational coordination with people-support capability, working alongside HR to maintain a high-performance and accountable culture.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Oversee daily office and site operations, including logistics, inventory tracking, and procurement support.
Improve workflow efficiency and service delivery across the organization.
Supervise support staff, including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners.
Ensure all documentation, timelines, and technical standards are consistently met.
HR Support
Support recruitment administration, onboarding processes, and employee record management.
Work alongside the HR department on performance coordination, leave tracking, and compliance.
Assist with staff welfare and team wellbeing initiatives.
Handle confidential staff matters with discretion and integrity.
Project & Supply Chain Support
Coordinate project delivery support, site quality control, and inventory management.
Liaise with transport, logistics, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Financial & Quality Control
Support budget tracking and operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards in office and site compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role, specifically within the interior design, architectural finishes, or construction industries.
HR Exposure: Must have proven experience managing records, supporting recruitment, or coordinating people processes.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or design industry operations is essential.
