Assistant Director Public Service and Administration

The Samburu County Government is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Director Public Service and Administration. The successful candidate will support the department in supervising public service delivery, overseeing county administrative structures, and ensuring effective devolved governance within the county.

Requirements for Appointment

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Social Sciences, or any other relevant degree from a recognized Institution.
• At least Eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in a Supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Computer Applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of devolved governance.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
