As an ARMO Engineer, you will support the ARMO Manager and the workshop by applying engineering concepts and technical expertise to Assembly, Repair, Maintenance, and Overhaul (ARMO) shops. The primary objective is to ensure that plant tool calibration and maintenance activities are carried out on time and adhere to specific manufacturer requirements.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Identify potential improvements through audits of processes, tools, and procedures to implement and enhance operational efficiency.\n- Provide support with the efficient management of the plant's budget, supplies, and expenses.\n- Manage compliance with various Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality operational metrics, policies, and programs within the region and the Global AMO function.\n- Control and execute maintenance plans for tools, benches, and instruments to ensure their full functionality.\n- Support all Lean Six Sigma projects to identify opportunities that ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met.\n- Provide assurance and technical training for all plant members on the 6S methodology to maintain order and cleanliness at global levels of excellence.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.\n- Demonstrated knowledge of Assembly, Repair, and Maintenance (ARMO) techniques.\n- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a global environment.\n- Effective problem identification and solution-oriented skills.\n- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.\n- Successful track record in building relationships and collaborating to resolve complex situations.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply through the Baker Hughes career portal on Workday.
