The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day support, work on deployment, customization and integration of all Core Insurance Systems and Services, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automation whilst driving ongoing improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring best practices are followed and driving continuous service improvement and productivity initiatives around the Core Insurance Applications and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Core Insurance Systems and associated services.
Manage deployment, customization, and integration of all Core Insurance Systems.
Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automation to drive ongoing improvements.
Ensure adherence to best practices in system maintenance and development.
Drive continuous service improvement and productivity initiatives within the IT function.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least a 2nd Upper Class honours.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience in a busy IT environment.
Specific experience in implementing and developing Workflows & Business Automation Systems such as Customer Relationships Management Systems (CRM), MS SharePoint, and MS Power Platform.
Certification in MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Power Platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of platform architectures (client-server, n-tier, thin client).
Proficiency in using the CRM SDK or Power Platform development tools.
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) environments.
