Applications Engineer

As an Application Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. You will work closely with Service Delivery Coordinators and other teams to understand application constraints and ensure project success.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Ensure full compliance with the 'Manage the Job Cycle' (MtJC) process.\n* Work with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales teams to understand client objectives for well construction or production.\n* Design well profiles and perform applications engineering tasks, including creating risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet client goals and maximize revenue potential.\n* Address field incidents related to products and services and participate in incident investigations when required.\n* Provide product application recommendations and technical support to the sales team.\n* Handle additional technical projects as assigned.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.\n* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Well Planning or Applications Engineering roles specifically within Drilling Services.\n* Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.\n* Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours and willingness to travel to rig sites, customer facilities, and for training.\n* Strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning capabilities.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the Baker Hughes career portal via the following link: .
