Key Responsibilities
Representing clients in Commercial Litigation cases within the High Court.
Managing and winning complex commercial litigation cases to maintain the firm's track record.
Developing and maintaining a personal clientele base.
Contributing to the growth and development of the firm's legal practice.
Demonstrating leadership potential for future associateship and partnership roles.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/LLB) or Higher National Diploma in Law.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of post-admission court experience specifically in Commercial Litigation.
Licensing: Must be a currently practising Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Track Record: Proven success in handling and winning significant commercial litigation cases.
Business Development: Must possess an existing clientele base.
Personal Attributes: Strong discipline, resilience, and a professional/serious personality.
