Accountant

This role is for an experienced Accountant at Fifi's Cafe in Arusha, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and supporting management decisions through detailed financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Supporting management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes and experience:

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• A professional demeanor: neat and highly organized.
• The capacity for making sound financial decisions, including effective forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
