Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks, Sage, EPR systems, and Tally.
Strong Excel and report preparation skills.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1-year proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with tax computation, statutory filings, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
Prior experience in a similar industry or audit firm is an added advantage.
