The Account Sales Manager role is crucial for achieving agreed business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the account (Sell-in /Sell out Focus Brands, New Product Development (NPD) listing, POP deployment, promotions, etc.).
Client relationship management: develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the account, serving as their main contact person.
Achieve sales drivers (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, and Price/promotion) objectives for the account.
Oversee a portfolio of Brands, track brand, and sub-category performance.
Monitor and manage the execution of all Promotional /launch/ agencies activities in the assigned account.
Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
Develop plans for account growth, including identifying new opportunities by having a monthly journey plan to the branch visits.
Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and provide timely, positive support to the branches and Head office.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates are required to possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
