The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Transaction Advisory Manager to lead and deliver high-impact advisory engagements across business valuation, corporate restructuring, and financial consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Consulting Partner, playing a key role in driving client value, developing talent, and supporting the growth of the consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee complex engagements in business valuation, financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, and transaction advisory, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Review and provide strategic direction on financial analysis, valuation models, due diligence findings, and restructuring frameworks to support client decision-making.
- Ensure the preparation, review, and delivery of high-quality client deliverables, including valuation reports, transaction advisory reports, restructuring plans, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, resourcing, timelines, and risk management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior consultants and junior team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career guidance.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality controls across all engagements.
- Actively contribute to business development, including proposal development, pitch presentations, thought leadership, and expansion of client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and cross-functional team environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Support the Consulting Partner in shaping service offerings, improving methodologies, and strengthening market presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- ACCA or CPA (K) certification is mandatory.
- CFA designation is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in accounting or audit, preferably within a professional services firm.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in transaction advisory, including business valuation, corporate restructuring, and financial consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; data analytics expertise is an added advantage.
- Proven project management and client-facing experience, including proposal writing and business development support.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within diverse teams.
- Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
