The role of Trainer in Engineering - Electrical is based at KIPS Technical College, a premier tertiary institution established and mandated by the TVET Authority. KIPS offers educational training leading to Artisans, Certificates, Diplomas, and professional qualifications in various courses, specializing in high-quality Business, Technical, and Professional/Corporate training. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction in the field of Electrical Engineering, ensuring students meet the required competency standards for their respective qualifications.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Qualification: Hold a Degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in the related Electrical Engineering field.
Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience within a similar training role or educational environment.
Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge regarding the tertiary training structure.
Certification: Teachers Technical Training skills are a mandatory requirement for trainers in this role.
