Key Responsibilities
Safely drive clients to and from designated destinations.
Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction during trips.
Provide guiding services by sharing knowledge on wildlife, culture, and attractions.
Follow client itineraries and keep the office informed of any changes.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the tour industry.
Licensing: Valid Driving license, TSV (Tour Service Vehicle) license, and TRA (Tourism Regulatory Authority) license.
Certification: KPSGA (Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association) certification is a mandatory requirement.
Education: KCSE qualification.
Additional: Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and recommendation letters from previous employers.
