Job Description
The Tennis / Squash Instructor role is based at the United Nations Wellness Centre in Nairobi. The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional coaching, manage court facilities, and actively promote tennis and squash activities to UN staff members and guests.
Responsibilities
Providing professional tennis/squash activities, which include coaching, teaching classes, and program design, to United Nations Wellness Centre members and guests.
Carrying out tennis/squash coaching services to both members and non-members.
Assist in developing outreach initiatives, marketing materials, schedules, and Wellness content that engage and inspire clients.
Promoting tennis/squash lessons to both members and non-members for the purpose of increasing sales.
Responsible for ensuring that tennis/squash courts are clean, ready, and suitable for members' use.
Double-checking that the Administrative Assistants perform tennis/squash bookings correctly.
Recording all services rendered to members for purposes of accountability.
Maintain a client database or profile in his/her record.
Advise clients on tennis/squash related matters.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Certificate (KCSE) is required.
Certificate in Tennis coaching or related qualifications is required.
A minimum of 1 year experience from a reputable organization/setting is required.
