Jumbo Chem Kenya Ltd is seeking a motivated and adaptable Telesales Executive (Reliever) to provide temporary support to our sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will handle client communication, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional service that drives sales and builds long-term relationships. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate performance and potentially transition into a longer-term position.
Contract Terms
The duration of this contract is 6 Months.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups professionally.
- Update customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Support sales conversion by following up on quotations and pending orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain smooth customer communication.
- Prepare basic reports on call activity, leads, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
