Job Specifications

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting the Senior Technician in preparing specifications for materials used in civil engineering, building and permanent way works.
• Assisting the Senior Technician in carrying out building, civil engineering and permanent way works as and when required.
• Assisting the Technician in carrying out inspection of civil materials.

Person Specifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• KCSE or its equivalent.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Permanent Ways, Building & Construction, Electrical, Electronics, or Marine Engineering or its recognized equivalent.
• Proficiency in Computer applications.
• Fulfilling the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
