Technical Trainer

The role of Technical Trainer at AA Kenya, the oldest and largest automobile association in Kenya with over 100,000 members, involves developing and delivering high-quality technical training programs, primarily focused on Automotive Engineering. AA Kenya, affiliated internationally with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), is strategically focused on expanding its footprint across major Kenyan towns and diversifying its service offerings for sustainable growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in achieving this growth by ensuring excellence in training delivery and curriculum development.

Key Duties

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Course outline and contents development.
• Curriculum and lesson planning.
• Training delivery.
• Assessments and Evaluation.
• Quality assurance and compliance.
• Continuous research and development.

Education and Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
• Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in teaching or training within the technical field.
• A Driving Instructor's qualification from NTSA is considered an additional advantage.
