About the Role
Technical Support Engineers at Zeraki are the first line of defense for our users. In this role, you will be responsible for debugging tricky issues, building automations to streamline workflows, and ensuring every interaction with our product(s) is smooth and impactful. You will partner closely with our customer experience, product, and engineering teams to champion the voice of the customer and shape how technical support scales across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support via issue tracker tickets and Teams messages, resolving complex user-reported issues and ensuring high-quality end-user interactions.
Troubleshooting: Debug, reproduce, and troubleshoot software bugs and usability problems encountered by users.
Collaboration: Partner with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to escalate critical issues and feed insights into the technical roadmap.
Internal IT Support: Provide IT hardware and software support to internal users, including software installation and patching of outdated software.
Documentation: Maintain and expand user-facing product documentation and internal knowledge bases to empower both customers and internal users.
Innovation: Design and build internal tools and automations to scale support operations efficiently.
Job Requirements and Skills
Experience: Previous experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related technical role.
Education: Minimum qualification of a BA/BSc or HND in a relevant field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development workflows; experience with IDEs, LLMs, and building with AI.
Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills and a passion for digging deep into technical problems.
Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action.
