Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close project-based sales aligned with set targets.
Understand construction and technical specifications to generate accurate, tailored quotations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy frameworks.
Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach and build strong contractor and consultant networks.
Provide post-sale follow-up and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with finance and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain an active pipeline and submit structured sales reports.
Conduct market intelligence to support competitive positioning and management decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales.
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction-related products and services.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Sage, Senri, and Microsoft Office tools.
Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required for regular field visits.
