Job Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Maintain a strong database of tech talent and cultivate long-term candidate relationships.
- Manage recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring SLAs.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, technical tests, and background checks.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
IT Management
- Oversee the company’s IT operations, systems, software, and hardware.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and access control compliance.
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support to staff.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and overall IT health.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on technology needs, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare reports on recruitment performance, IT operations, and system status.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset inventory.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Human Resource or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter and/or IT Manager (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT systems.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Certification in HR, IT, or cybersecurity is an added advantage.
