Progressive Credit is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader for their Kitengela branch. The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales targets, manage a sales team, ensure the generation of high-quality loans, and support credit recovery while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
