Key Responsibilities

• Garment Alterations & Fittings: Perform high-quality alterations, repairs, and fittings for staff uniforms and guest garments to luxury hotel standards.
• Uniform Maintenance: Maintain the overall quality, appearance, and proper fit of all hotel uniforms, conducting regular inspections to identify repair or replacement needs.
• Tailoring Services: Manage sewing, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Equipment & Workspace Care: Ensure all tailoring equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and highly organized condition.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR departments regarding uniform inventory, issuance, and overall requirements.
• Guest Assistance: Assist hotel guests with minor garment alterations or emergency repairs when requested, representing the brand with exceptional customer service.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, alterations, and repairs.
• Professional Conduct: Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments.
• Technical Skills: Highly skilled in alterations, fittings, and the safe operation of industrial sewing equipment.
• System Familiarity: Prior experience working with Opera or a related hospitality management system is considered an asset.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a strong eye for detail and professional presentation.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
