This role of Supply Chain Officer involves coordinating the procurement of internationally sourced materials and traded goods.
You will be expected to collaborate with MoKo's global network of suppliers and internal teams to ensure every shipment lands on time, within budget, and in top-notch quality.
Qualifications and Requirements (Dream Candidate Profile)
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification is required.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Supplier Management: Skilled in identifying and selecting the most suitable suppliers, and able to build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.
- Negotiation & Cost: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing, and experienced in conducting cost-benefit analyses to ensure purchases are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Detail Orientation: Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in procurement documents.
- Soft Skills: Quick problem solver, decision-maker, and fast learner.
- Coordination: Strong coordinator, capable of collaborating across departments to move the company’s goals forward.
