This is an opportunity for Supply Chain Management Interns to join Diageo on a fixed three-month contract program based in Nairobi. This program is designed to provide practical professional experience in supply chain operations.
Internship Program Application Requirements
To be eligible for this internship program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Status: Only students currently in their 3rd or final year of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent can apply for these opportunities.
- Institution: Applicants must be undertaking a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a public or accredited private academic institution.
- Post-Internship Plan: Applicants should plan to continue their education once the internship concludes or be awaiting graduation. Candidates who have finished their education and spent over a year (12 months) since leaving school will not qualify for consideration and their application will automatically be declined.
- Availability: You must be on break/holiday from school during the internship period.
- Commitment: A dedication to completing the full three-month internship program is mandatory, as the term is fixed without extension.

A successful intern has a desire to gain professional experience and is exceptionally eager to learn and explore possibilities.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong listening skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand instructions, as well as not being afraid to ask questions.
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications is needed.
- Very articulate with fluent English.
- Patient, fast learner, committed, able to understand directions, and capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Keen to learn about the markets and demonstrates a high attention to detail and pride in their work at this initial stage of their career development.
Mandatory Documentation Requirements
Selected candidates will be required to provide the following documents:
- Letter from your institution indicating you are a student there and/or require the internship as part of the requirement for course completion.
- Personal Accident insurance cover for the duration of the internship.
- Bank account details.
- Copy of National Identity Card.
- Copy of KRA Pin Certificate.
- NSSF and SHA numbers.
