The role of the Solution Demo & Storyline Creator at Teleperformance EMEA is crucial for showcasing transformation solutions through engaging, client-specific demonstrations and narratives. This position aims to highlight Teleperformance's capabilities and differentiation across key areas like AI/GenAI, CCaaS, omnichannel, process automation, and analytics.
Based in Kenya and supporting the EMEA region, this role reports to the SVP – Transformation and involves deep collaboration with Transformation Solution Consultants, Pre-Sales Consultants, Product teams, and Technical Architects. The creator will translate complex technical capabilities into relatable, visually compelling stories that resonate with client stakeholders, utilizing a blend of creative storytelling and technical aptitude to build demo environments, produce videos, and develop industry-specific use case narratives to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Demo Development & Configuration
- Design and build compelling solution demonstrations showcasing Teleperformance's transformation capabilities across AI/GenAI solutions (chatbots, agent assist, intelligent automation), CCaaS/omnichannel platforms, process transformation tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Configure and customize demo environments using Teleperformance's technology stack, including partner platforms and proprietary solutions.
- Develop both reusable demo scenarios for multiple opportunities and tailored demonstrations specific to client industries (BFSI, E-Commerce, Travel, etc.) and use cases.
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms and scripting capabilities to create functional, interactive demonstrations that authentically represent solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product teams to access demo environments, understand product capabilities, and stay current on new features and enhancements.
- Maintain and update demo environments to ensure demonstrations reflect current product versions, features, and best practices.
2. Storyline & Narrative Development
- Craft compelling storylines and narrative scripts for solution demonstrations that connect business challenges to transformation outcomes.
- Create customer journey scenarios illustrating how Teleperformance solutions improve end-customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business results.
- Develop use case narratives showcasing transformation value across different industries, business functions (customer service, back-office, sales), and stakeholder perspectives (C-level, operations, IT).
- Write demo scripts for Pre-Sales Consultants, guiding them through demonstration flow, key talking points, and value messages.
- Design storyboards that map out demonstration sequences, user interactions, visual elements, and narrative arcs.
- Ensure all storylines and narratives are authentic, relatable, and aligned with client pain points and business objectives.
3. Visual & Multimedia Content Creation
- Produce high-quality video recordings of solution demonstrations for use in proposals, presentations, and asynchronous client engagement.
- Design visually compelling presentation materials, infographics, and visual storylines that support demo narratives.
- Create graphic assets including process flow diagrams, customer journey maps, before/after scenarios, and transformation roadmaps.
- Edit and produce demonstration videos with professional quality, including appropriate pacing, transitions, annotations, and voice-over where needed.
- Develop multimedia assets (screenshots, animations, GIFs, short video clips) that can be embedded in RFP responses and sales materials.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to Teleperformance brand guidelines and maintains a professional, polished appearance.
4. Pre-Sales Collaboration & Support
- Partner closely with Transformation Solution Consultants on a daily basis to understand upcoming opportunities, client requirements, and demonstration needs.
- Support Pre-Sales Consultants by providing demo assets, scripts, talking points, and guidance on how to effectively deliver demonstrations.
- Participate in pre-sales planning sessions to identify which solutions and capabilities should be demonstrated for specific opportunities.
- Gather feedback from Pre-Sales teams on demo effectiveness and incorporate insights to continuously improve demonstration quality.
- Create "demo playbooks" that enable Pre-Sales Consultants to confidently deliver demonstrations even without deep technical expertise.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for demo customization or new demo scenarios as opportunities require.
5. Demo Library & Asset Management
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable demo scenarios, scripts, videos, and supporting materials organized by solution type, industry, and use case.
- Develop modular demo components that can be quickly assembled and customized for specific client opportunities.
- Create a cataloging and tagging system that enables Pre-Sales teams to easily discover and access relevant demo assets.
- Regularly audit and refresh the demo library to retire outdated content and add new demonstrations reflecting latest capabilities.
- Document demo configuration instructions, setup guides, and troubleshooting resources to enable others to replicate or customize demonstrations.
- Track demo usage and effectiveness metrics to understand which demonstrations drive the most value.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demo creation, solution demonstration, content creation, digital marketing, or technical enablement roles within technology, SaaS, BPO, or professional services industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in video production, graphic design, UX/UI design, or demonstration platforms are a plus.
- Familiarity with contact center platforms (Genesys, Five9, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), or AI platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience creating compelling demonstrations, videos, or multimedia content that influenced business outcomes.
- Familiarity with CX, contact center, or BPO industry is a plus but not required (can be developed on the job).
- Experience supporting sales or pre-sales teams with demonstration assets and enablement material.
- Understanding of how to structure demonstrations for maximum impact (opening hook, problem illustration, solution demonstration, outcome visualization).
- Ability to tailor storylines and messaging for different audiences (C-level executives, operations managers, IT stakeholders).
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or similar) to produce professional demonstration videos.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Experience with presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) to create visually compelling materials.
- Ability to create process diagrams, customer journey maps, and visual frameworks using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
