Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
As a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating the company’s Meta and TikTok pages.
- Creating compelling visual and written content tailored specifically to the construction/real estate audience.
- Writing and distributing engaging company newsletters.
- Monitoring digital trends and analyzing audience engagement.
- Supporting the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and leadership teams to maintain consistent messaging.
- Tracking content performance and producing actionable reports.
- Your work will directly contribute to strengthening brand presence and driving meaningful interactions with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Attributes (What We’re Looking For)
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Strong writing skills, especially for newsletters and digital content.
