Site Agent & Interior Fit-out Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Site Agent & Interior Fit-out Coordinator will oversee both structural works and interior fit-outs, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Management: Manage structural works including foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and related elements.
• Interior Coordination: Coordinate interior finishing works including tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, and fittings.
• Supervision: Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and labor to ensure productivity and quality output.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.
• Progress Tracking: Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Logistics: Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Specialization: Proven experience in both structural works and interior finishing works.
