Job Description
Denri Africa is seeking energetic and driven Shop Attendants to oversee daily shop operations in Eldoret. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales performance, assisting customers, participating in promotions, and maintaining brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the shop.
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Participate in brand activations, promotions, and field sales events.
Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Denri's brand values.
Qualifications, Skills & Qualities
BA/BSc/HND degree or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a retail or sales environment.
Strong sales mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to support both in-store and field sales activities.
