Our client is hiring a Shop Attendant to support skincare and beauty product sales in Nairobi. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, making sales, and contributing to social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right skincare and beauty products for their needs.
Promote, upsell, and close sales of beauty products to meet targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
Maintain shop organization and ensure products are well-displayed and presentable.
Participate in creating TikTok and other social media video content to promote products.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, beauty, or customer service is highly advantageous.
Social Media Comfort: Comfortable appearing on TikTok/social media content.
Passion for skincare and beauty products.
Confident and presentable personality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Ability to upsell and close sales.
Police Clearance Certificate is an added advantage.
