As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Drilling Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of drilling services across organizational boundaries. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring job activities in line with the Monthly/Medium-Term Job Cycle (MTJC), adhering to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and managing client relationships as a primary point of contact during job execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
Conducting activities in line with company non-negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.
Planning and monitoring drilling service job activities.
Scheduling, mobilizing, and dispatching personnel, tools, and equipment to meet operational timelines.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during job planning, execution, and closeout.
Coordinating with field crews, engineering, logistics, and support functions.
Escalating operational, technical, or commercial issues affecting service delivery.
Ensuring contracts and pricing are understood for accurate and timely invoicing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent relevant work experience).
Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong leadership capabilities to support field personnel in demanding environments.
