Sciencescope Limited, a provider of latest generation X-ray Inspection systems, Component Management systems, and Microscopes, is seeking a Service Call Centre Administrator. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and coordinating between clients and the technical department to ensure quality control and automation standards are met.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming service-related calls and customer inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the service and technical departments.
Coordinate service requests and ensure timely responses to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
Communicate technical information clearly to clients and internal teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or Biomedical Engineering is required.
Added Advantage: A degree or diploma in nursing will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Care or Service specifically within the medical industry.
Language Skills: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
IT Skills: Strong computer proficiency and relevant software skills.
